Workout of the Day 5/10/2010

3 rounds for time:

  • 35 burpees
  • 30 sit ups (feet supported)
  • 25 Kettlebell Swings

2 rounds for time:

  • 35 Mountain Climbers (35 on each leg)
  • 30 Knees to Elbows (hanging or supine)
  • 25 Yard Plate Push
