Workout of the Day 5/11/2010

20:00 as many rounds as possible:

  • Overhead Plate Carry – 60 Yards (Men use 45 lb plate, women 25 lb plate)
  • Lunge walk 30 yards  – every 10 yards do 5 sit ups
  • Spider (Parisi animal) 30 yards – every 10 yards do 3 push ups
  • 15 Broad Jumps sit ups
  • 50 Superman
  •
