Overhead Plate Carry – 60 Yards (Men use 45 lb plate, women 25 lb plate)
Lunge walk 30 yards – every 10 yards do 5 sit ups
Spider (Parisi animal) 30 yards – every 10 yards do 3 push ups
15 Broad Jumps sit ups
50 Superman
