As many rounds as possibleĀ in 20:00:

  • Run 100 Yards
  • Jump rope 25 Revolutions
  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Alternating stationary lunge with arm overhead (weight in hand)
  • Run 100 Yards
  • 3
